Cancellation Policy

General
Hair Clinic Appointments
• A minimum of 7 days’ notice is required. Cancellations within 7 days will incur a $95 late cancellation fee.
• Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 50% fee.
• Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will incur 100% of the appointment fee.

Please note:
Cancellation fees will not be waived by rescheduling to another appointment time. No exceptions apply

Online Booking 
​A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be rebated off the treatment cost.
If you choose not to proceed with a treatment, the consultation fee is not transferable and non-refundable.
The booking time is fixed and cannot be transferred. Cancellations or changes will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
